Proceedings:

-Meeting called to order by Michael Cahn at 8:30 PM.

-Darrell Barrett (VP) read letter of resignation from President Carlos Ramos.

Finances:

-We will have money left over to start the new year.

-We will be doing lots of fundraising during the season.

-There is leftover inventory that will be used to start of next year.

-Question was raised about weather we purchased enough singlets for everyone.  Michael Cahn responded and confirmed that we do.

Nominations:

-Nominations for board positions for the 2007\2008 season took place.

-Michael Cahn nominated Darrell Barrett for Vice President.  Shelley Liloia seconds the nomination.  No objections.

-Darrell Barrett nominated Michael Cahn for President.  Glenn Haines seconds the nomination.  No objections.

-Shelley Liloia nominated Siobhan Ferrazzano for secretary.  Michael Cahn seconds the nomination.  No objections.

-John Wilkerson nominated Bart Yarosz for Treasurer.  Shelley Liloia seconds the nomination.  No objections.

-Glen Haines nominated John Wilkerson for General Manager.  Michael Cahn seconds the nomination.  No objections.

-Glen Haines nominates Shelley Liloia for fundraising.  John Wilkerson seconds the nomination.  No objections.

-At this time the concession spot remains open.

-Rich Gehring nominates Ray Smaha for Public Relations.  Jesse Ioffredo seconds the nomination.  No objections.
