Proceedings:

-Mike Cahn announced that Ray Smaha has resigned his position as Public Relations.

Finances:

-Bill from accountant will be approximately $1700 for final paperwork to complete the non-profit and tax returns.

-Internet domain name is up for renewal on July 19^th.  Fee is $30.00

-Board agrees to be part of the scholarship program that gives $300 to a graduating senior that was part of the Jr. Chiefs.

Coaching:

-4 coach’s letters came in.

  1. Jim Dill for novice head coach.

  2. Rick Liacoma for JV head coach.

  3. Rich Ghering for JV assistant coach.

  4. Glen Haines for Varsity head coach.

Fundraising Ideas

-Golf outing in Hackettstown. 

-Beefsteak dinner

-Carwash needs a location.

-Bowl-a-thon in January.

Other Business:

-Need volunteers to take video and pictures at tournaments and matches.

-League is not able to join North Jersey and Sussex County so we will not be joining North Jersey League.

-Meeting adjourned at 9:40 PM.
