Nomination / election information  information

Anyone wishing to nominate a candidate or be a candidate must attend the meeting and be nominated by a board member or club member to be considered.  No write in nominations will be accepted.  The Election will be held April 28th 8:00 – 9:00pm at the civic center.  The following Board Trustee Positions are available at this time:

Vice President - Assistant to president in president’s duties, next in line if president cannot complete term      2 year term

Secretary - general note taking at meetings, some notification to parents of events,             1 year term

General Manager - Responsible for facility management as well as equipment distribution and return, works with other teams and coaches in the scheduling of wrestling related events. League representative to any clubs or organizations the club joins.             2 year term

Fundraising - promotes fund raising activities product and non-product related to raise money for the club.                 1 year term

Concessions - tracks supplies related to food and drinks for events as well as in charge of the concessions set up, sales, clean up and inventory at specific events.                         1 year term

Public Relations - General relations with other clubs, groups, schools, tournament directors, in promoting the wrestling season.      1 year term
