Tournament Registration Page Instructions: (please read carefully)

 

This tournament is being run by Premier Tournament Services to ensure the smooth running of the wrestling.  The company web site is http://www.premiertournamentservices.com/.  Please check that website or http://www.hopatcongjrchiefs.org/ for any updates  or general information as the tournament date approaches.

To register an individual wrestler  complete the on line registration information page below and  you will be entered into the tournament. Single wrestlers can pay by going to the home page and use the PayPal Service to pay your fee.  If you are paying by check or credit card the morning of the tournament please arrive at 7am in order to allow for time to process your payment.

To register multiple wrestlers from one town or club you will need to fill out the form below with contact information and team / town or club information only.  You will need to submit a completed excel spreadsheet that we can forward to Premier tournament services as soon as possible.  You can download the excel sheet after completing the registration.  Team / club payments can be made the day of the tournament but must be check or a credit card payment for all the wrestlers.  If you are paying as a team with individual payments please have all the payments together and make your payment as one payment at check in.

5 - 19 Wrestlers 15.00

20 or more wrestlers 10.00

within 24 hours.  


Division information-utilize the information below on the form

Novice Divisions:                 Novice Division for wrestlers with no more than 2 yrs wrestling experience.
Sub Bantam: 5 & 6 Born 2003 or 2004; Bantam:   7 & 8 Born 2001 or 2002
Midgets: 9 & 10 Born 1999 or 2000;      Juniors:  11 & 12 Born 1997 or 1998         

Open Division:                     For all wrestlers with more than 2 years wrestling experience
Bantam, Midget, Junior and Intermediate divisions
Rate your Wrestler (Open Division Only):

(2) County or league runner up (2nd- 4th Place)
(3) 3rd year wrestler with above 500 career record
(4) 3rd year wrestler with below 500 career record

1. As a parent agree to allow the above named wrestler to participate in the Hopatcong Jr. Chiefs Wrestling Tournament, and assume full responsibility for any injuries incurred while participating in this event.  I will not hold liable, the Hopatcong Jr. Chiefs program, its representatives, coaches, referees, Hopatcong High School or the Hopatcong Board of Education for injuries to my child while participating in, or traveling to, or from tournament.  

2.
